Hens not laying on their eggs?

My neighbor gave me two old English game hens along with a game rooster. Before I owned the hens my neighbor said that they were broody. Now that I have them the hens haven't layed on their eggs. They will lay them in the nesting boxes but other than that they wont bother them at all. Does it have anything to do with the new surroundings?

some one let me borrow a broody before too she wouldnt set. if they are laying they arent going broody anytime soon until they stop laying.
