Hens not laying well at all.

My white PR hens have pretty much stopped laying this year (like 6+ months of no laying by 4 of my 6 hens). I haven't decided if I should wait them out or if I should try altering their diet again. Nothing I've tried so far from forum suggestions seems to be working. The Hens not laying are only 2 years old. Any ideas?

Production Reds? They lay strong but not for long, at 2 years they maybe done.
Did you raise them from chicks?

What are all the changes, and the time frames, you've made to their world?
Changes can stress a bird, and stress can make them stop laying.
