Hens not laying

I have 45 Chickens, all Hens, about half of which should be laying but I am only getting between 9-12 eggs per day. Any suggestions?

if you type some of they key words into the search line at the very top you will get more references than are readable. First thoughts would be that they could need to be wormed, and second thoughts would be that there is something nutritional that they need. Other ideas include that they are laying, but they are hiding the eggs away.
