How high are the roosts?

Yes^^^....and pics of coop, inside and out, will help immensely to solve this conundrum.

The roosts are 4 staggered planks. First one is about 1 ft high and on up. They definitely go up on them during the day bc there is poop on them.

Silkies “ cannot fly” but they sure can jump! Mine roost 12 inches off the ground .

They can find their way up high if they can see, (please trim around eyes)

Mine huddle on a roost with one behind them on the poop board ,having a raised poop board helps them feel more secure if they fall
