New to the site and need advice...i have 4 old english bathams hens about a year old. Laying plenty of eggs, but not sittin. i have 3 nest with 5 eggs in each,is that to many or not enough eggs. They have been in there for a week now and noone wants to sit???

Hens won't just "sit." They have to be broody to sit. It's a hormonally driven urge. So if your hens are not broody (they'll fluff up, stay on the nest, kind of growl when you go near them), then you'll need to just collect the eggs or use an incubator if you're wanting to hatch chicks (assuming you have a rooster and the eggs are fertile)...
