Hens or Roos? & do chickens play?

First time chicken owner, I have a few questions. I got these for free around May 21, they were about a week old.

Can anyone tell me if they are roos or hens? Im pretty sure the polka dotted one is a rooster but unsure of the black one.

Lately, I've noticed the polka dotted fellow getting up high and drop kicking its sibling like they're on the WWE going for the Champion belt. Is this normal? Are they playing?

What breed do you think they are? The person I got them from said they were a silkie mix. Do you think they'll get much bigger than this?

Barred one (the polka dot) is a cockerel, I am leaning towards pullet for the other one, I would wait a few weeks to be sure. They look like silkie mixes
