Hens or roos??

I have seven week old chicks. Can you help me tell
If these chicks are roosters? White leghorn and a Dominique. They're a bit more feisty than the other chicks. I sure hope they're female now that I'm attached to them and my city doesn't allow roosters!!

The Dominique looks like a rooster to me. The white leghorn looks like it might be a rooster too.

Both are cockerels.
