Two different barred rocks, I know some people are really good at telling from spots on heads and barring. Any ideas?

They’re about 3 weeks old

If you have other barred rocks to compare them to, that might be easier..If they are boys, their combs and wattles will start to get larger and redder at 1 month old, however a female's will start to come in slowly. Their combs look like female combs right now (IME), but they are still young
