Hens or Roos?!

Very new to marans just a back yard flock for now! Are these 2 hens or Roos? I also have 5 week olds are there key factors of knowing at that age? The pic below are 10 weeks.

Can you get better pictures of them from the side, and of their backs before the tail. Both of them have a lot of comb and wattle for 10 week old pullets, especially the black, would vote roo on them from that pic.

To make an accurate guess, I need a side-profile photo of each bird. But if these birds are less than 5 months of age, I think they're both roosters. With your 5-week old chicks, males should be developing larger, redder combs and wattles than the females by now.

For now, I'd vote rooster on both of them. Those combs are very red and large, and the legs are rather thick.

Yes 10 weeks. So sad if they are indeed Roos. I had 7 an something got all but these 2.
