All are pullets. Their breed is Black Sex-Link, which means that the females will be black with some brown/copper in the neck/breast, while males would be barred.

They are supposed to be black copper marans, but the guy said they will lay dark chocolate or olive eggs.

I believe Marans. Check the bottom of the feet. Marans have white skin so sole of feet is white also. Sex links can be made from many breeds but usually are yellow skin with yellow on feet. I also thought too much red in hackle for a sex link too.

I think that they could be Marans, but my first guess was Black Sex-Links because they are more common. If they are Marans, they are English type-- French type Marans have feathered feet.
