Hens or Roosters?

Last weekend I picked up 6 - 3months old Chicks. When I was leaving the man told me if any turned out to be roosters he would take them back. They are the friendliest chickens I have ever had and hate to part with any. I noticed yesterday that the Black Australorp has tiny little spurs/dots, and assumed it must be a Rooster. After contacting the man he told told I can drop him off anytime. I already have 2 roosters by mistake, and really can't have another. Today I was looking at the others and they also have tiny spots on there legs. When looking at my grown hens, I noticed they have small spots on their legs too. Should I hold off and guessing that I have more than one Rooster? They really are wonderful and so friendly, so I hate to have to bring any back.
I included a picture of the one I'm pretty sure is a rooster, that one seems to really standout more than the rest. Its been awhile since I have had babies, and dont' want to over react and give any back that could end up being wonderful hens.
Thank you for any advice anyone may be able to give me.
Jenny

Based on the age, hackle feathers and that tail that is getting long and curling, I'm going to say the first one is your rooster.

ETA: when my post went through, I saw the red one's tail. Looks like you have 2 roosters. The rest look like pullets.

I figure he is being nice enough to take them back. I don't want to wait to long. I was thinking the red one too. I will have to go out and inspect them closer today. So basically I should look for the one's that have the higher tail feathers?

You should look for pointy hackle feather (on the neck), pointy saddle feathers (start at base of the tail and point downward). Those would be the best indicators of roosters or not. The tail feathers curling downward can be a sign as well, but some pullets will have longer tails, so it's not always accurate. But the males are the only ones with pointy hackle and saddle feathers)

In this picture of my 14 week old cockeral, you can see his hackle feathers are pointy. To the side of the base of his tail he has copper colored saddle feathers pointing down. (in front of the grey fluff) And the downward curve of his tail feathers.

Hope it helps.
