hens picking on the smallest one

ok so i have a hen and i feel really bad for her because she is always getting picked on and off in the corner by herself and so i was thinking that maybe she is hungry and so i put her by the feeder and one of my dual purpose hens (only used for laying) pecked her and she wouldnt peck back so every time 1 hen would peck her while she was eating i would pick her up and make her seem bigger and chase the other off but still didnt work she barley has any friends or ambission what should i do?

They need more space.
Chickens are flock animals and will eliminate any birds that weaken the flock.
