Hens quit laying

I had 5 hens, all laying well. A few weeks ago, I decided to sell 2 as I had plenty of eggs, and then the Americauna quit laying. So then only 2 laying. Then my neighbor was like, oh we want the eggs! So I got 2 new young hens (not laying just yet) and now only 1 hen is laying! It's just August! How can I get them to start laying again?
