My 18-month-old hens stopped laying. Yes they are moulting but it has been 10 weeks, no eggs. I'm worried. They are healthy, no predators or stress, well-fed. What's wrong?

My birds never lay after molt, until past winter solstice - a combo of molting + shortened day length will do it.

Completely normal.
They won't lay again until the days start to lengthen after Solstice.
