Hens stopped laying

I have 3 hens and 1 rooster, I was getting 3 eggs per day all 3 lay ed in the same nest. Recently one of the hens has started sitting on the nest 24/7 and the other 2 stopped laying since they cant get on the nest, it has been 6 days now with no eggs. Should I move her and take the 3 eggs she is sitting on or will the other 2 find another place to lay. The nesting box is big enough for all 3 but they always Lay ed in the same nest. Any suggestions would be great!!

I would start looking for the "secret" nest.

Could be a secret nest, or they could be molting?

Thank you for the suggestion of a secret nest. I took a good look around and sure enough there was a little opening under the nesting box I found a nest with 12 eggs!!! They never missed a day! Thanks Again
