Hens that are about to start layin fertile eggs.

I have a few wild eastern hens that have already started layin eggs but I would like to know if I should incubate them or let the hen do her thing?

I suppose its depends in that I think if you incubate them she will keep laying so you can keep getting eggs for more poults, or let her do it her self and she will lay a good clutch and no more, but theres a beauty in letting a hen raise them. Are they real eastern wild turkeys? Im curious, maybe you could sell some fertile eggs, I have been wanting some fertile eastern wild eggs for a long while and many others want some also.
