hens torn up by roos - need prevention ideas!!

I too, have an overly aggressive roo and some pretty beat up hens, what is this "jacket" you are talking about? sounds like a great idea to protect at least their backs, but have to admit, mine are also getting their feathers pecked off their heads too. I have separated the roo now for most of the day, but it would sure be easier to keep them together, but better protected. Would love a picture of what you are using or an idea of where to get them. thanks so much!

ETA: They're more commonly called saddles, but I think of them as jackets.
