rooster Cogburn was trying to have a crowing contest with the neighbors roo(he is still trying to learn how to crow pretty) when the neighbors roo gave the best crow i ever heard, upon hearing that my girls started flocking to were they heard the crow. ever since then i cannot keep them out of the front yard. at first i thought it was the red berry's on our burning bush because they always stopped to eat it on the way, but then i found out the reason, to cross the road to the other roo!!
how can i stop them? i do not want them to be hit by a car, and to get to the other roo they have to go through the neighbors fence and past their german sheperd!! rooster Cogburn is very hen pecked, if i get a decent roo who keeps them in line (if they have to get bulied by the 'decent' roo to keep them in our yard, so be it!) will they be satisfied with their roo, if so,will he pick on rooster Cogburn too? i relly like him and he is very funny so i don't want him to get in a roo fight that he will invaribly lose, but it seams to me the only solution to the problom.
