I have three hens with a single chick each. They are all in there own pen with there chicks. Will the roosters kill the chicks if I let them roam or can I combine them in a pen all together, it is a pain tending three pens.

It all depends on the temperment of the hens & the roosters. And it depends on how much you're willing to risk. Some hens do fine with other's chicks around, and some roosters do too. But there is a risk that a hen or rooster will peck another chick and cause it an injury or cause it to die. I think it helps if they all have a lot of room to avoid each other, and places to hide if necessary. You can try it now & watch how everyone acts, or wait a few weeks until the chicks get some size & strength to them.
