Hens won’t use nesting box

Does anyone see an issue with my setup???
They Just recently started laying a couple weeks ago.
They took some straw from the box and made a little nest in the corner and that’s all they use now

Move the nest into the corner.
Might just use the top one with the roof.

buy a couple ceramic eggs and put in the boxes or move the fresh eggs to the boxes ( just 1 each) and remove their makeshift nest and eggs daily till they learn.
