Hens?

So I'm pretty sure these two are pullets, but since it came up in conversation as me possibly being wrong I figured I'd ask. There has been no crowing. They cluck when offended or when annoyed.

Cadbury (Rhode Island Red) (note this pic for whatever reason turned out pretty red, I'm not sure why. I only got one pic as she was mortally offended we caught her for pictures. I can try to catch her again tomorrow for better pics fi needed.



Peep (Barred Rock):

Her face is super red in the top one. I think it's lighter red than the camera caught it.

How old are they?

Looks like pullets to me no saddle feathers.

I purchased them at the end of April. T hey were about 2-3 weeks old (per the store) when I got them.
