her "elbows" are looking rough

I got a hen apron for one of my girls a few weeks ago (a Hen Saver, which truly they are!). The feathers underneath are looking great, but her "elbows" are still taking a beating from rooster Larry. Is there anything I can do to help her?

You should look into the hen savers with the shoulder protection pads. They cover both areas.
