I have a 3 month old silver sebright roo named Jack-Jack with the same problem.
He was purchased from a local feed store, and hand-raised from 3 days old. He's always gotten greens, grit and proper nutrition so I'm not convinced it's simply a calcium deficiency that's causing his upper beak to curl towards the left. [Think of it as a fingernail that's growing awry.] His comb also curves towards the left and his eyes a slightly misaligned when you look at his head from the top. Additionally, his wattles developed quicker on his left side.
I noticed it when he was a little over a month old. "I must be seeing things, but is his face a little asymmetrical?" Turned out I wasn't just imagining it. It also seemed coincident with his comb growth and taking on color.
Jack-Jack a very sweet little boy and eats like a pig, but he will need regular trimmings from his vet.
