Do you only give fresh herbs? I aquired a lot of dried and ground herbs. Do you think I could give them to my 3 girls? I though I might sprinkle some on their food or treats when I give their daily goodies. What do you think?:/

Are they all fresh? I have a lot of dried and ground herbs (they were free and free is good) but not sure if sprinkling some on their food is a good idea. What do you think?

I'm new at this, so I'm really not sure....I started using Oregano bc one of my SS had sour crop early on.... I don't give them herbs daily but a couple x's a week... .. There was a article in the May/June Chicken Magazine I bought on uses for Herbs; a lot can be used in nesting boxes to prevent critters, anti fungal,antibacterial , ect... . It's neat how many different ones you can use!!
