Here’s a fun game…what might these babies grow up to look like?

So I have to pick two of the “A’s” and the other two are going to a friend. A1-A4 are Ameracaunas/EE’s (I know they aren’t the same, I know hatcheries mislabel - that’s not the focus of this post)…..what I don’t know is how these hens might end up looking - so I welcome any adult pictures of babies that looked like A1-A4 so I can make my decision (in keeping with my sexy flock aesthetic).

I’m only asking about the A’s (A1-A4). The B’s are both Golden-laced Wyandotte babies. I’m keeping one of those, but haven’t decided which one. These photos were taken today (8/12/24) and the nuggets are one week old.

A1 has a couple gray/blue spots on her back too.

Thanks.
Alissa

EEs are hard because they can change so much from their chick fluff.

But here are a few of mine:

Similar to A1 as chicks

Similar to A2, both turned out different from eachother

For A3, that might go wildtype / partridge, I couldn't find a picture of that hen I have, but think rich brown with some black almost lacing on the head and neck, but again, these can really vary.

A4, I'm not sure!

Well I love all of those.
I had some EEs awhile back that were the wild type, so I’m familiar with those. Thanks you!

A3 looks a lot like my Wiggy when she was a chick
Here she is as an adult bird

I just had one that looked like A3 turn out to be a rooster so….maybe this one would end up looking similarly? Hard to know.
