from Maine, yes, but I got misplaced out in the Colorado Rockies...

mine run around on the snow and eat it...they look for patches of bare ground near trees...lawn whatever. Ive got 2 Buff Orp hens , 3 java hens and 2 old english bantams hen and roo. they do fine . I leave a light on from 4 untill 10. I get just about 4 eggs per day.
