So, here is a random chicken?? umm...bird we received in a lot of other ones the wife purchased.

I have no idea what it is, or could be. All I know is he's my little parrot buddy. As soon as I walk into the run or coop he sprints or flies over to me and perches right on my shoulder until I take him down. So any insight as to what he'd be would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I could help you on the breed, but I’m afraid I can’t. However, she is a little chicken. I say she just because...she kind of looks like a she to me. :)
Anyway, I have two 11 week olds that have been so overly friendly from the very beginning, almost pushing the annoying point early on. They are a Speckled Sussex and a Silver Gray Dorking, both pullets. I don’t care what I was doing, or trying to do, they had to always be ON my shoulder, upper arm or being held. It was aggravating at times , but they’ve settled down a bit now. They are still very personable though. Good luck with your sweetie! She is very pretty.

Several Offutts here in MD.

That's kind of how this one is as well. ALWAYS right there on you or under your feet. Only really annoying parts is when I'm coming in/out as he/she charges the door.

The bird is ~6 weeks old I think? But i also agree it's probably a hen, but heck, I call the hens 'hes' as well for some reason.

Looks like quite a mixture...as sweet and friendly as she is there's bound to be Barred in her.
Does she like to talk to you and hold conversations?

Actually, yes. Darn thing will start chirping as soon as it sees a person and not stop until it's picked up.
Deffinately barred Rock cross. Barred think they're here to train us humans to be chickens. Lol
Ours love to cuddle, sind, chirp and want eye contact when you're talking to them!
Step in our coop and the Barreds land all over you singing, purring, chirping...
