what do ya think? lol

I had one before, it was a tiny wild one dad picked up well or should i say it picked up a ride from my dad (he's a truck driver) got home opened up the trailor and out fell a lil guy. It stayed tiny so we assume it was a highly venomous one...it lived for like 2 years then died. I'd get a taranchula before i got a scorpion and im afraid of spiders hehehe but they facinate me too.

LOL! This guy aint tiny. he is about 6" long. Last night he ate a few crickets so he is nice and well fed. I may get a tarantula down the road.

yep hes an emperor. I was really PO'd last week. some A-hole ran over a poor rat snake. We dont get those up here so it was from a pet store. I hope its not a little kids pet.

Black rat snakes are native to new jersey and all the way up through canada. They are the largest snake in the northern US and canada. Unless you had a different species in mind.

The kids catch those guys around here yet it says there are no scorpions in western Oregon.......they are confused...lol

Thank goodness we only find them up river a ways...in stumps and such. Not on the farm. Hubby says someone probably let some loose and they multiplied (like the Oscars that have been found in the Willamette River). These are pretty little and dark red to black color.
