Well I was only seeing 12 in the run and 1 in the coop door and that is surely not enough.

So much for staying in the run, went home yesterday and had two running around the yard.

They are chickens silly and have wings. Mine fly over cattle panels all the time and some even go through the holes. If you want to keep them in, you need chicken wire and a top.
