I started with 5 rhode island reds, two barred Plymouth rocks and 6 polish..they are all just beautiful..love them. Sadly I lost my most beautiful polish, "Steeler" on Saturday to a nasty hawk. cried my eyes out..

My DH is a master woodworker himself so I totally get the "no cutting corners" mentality. I just let him go with it. If it makes him happy who am I to complain?
