If you are having condensation problems then you don't have enough ventilation. Vents high up on the wall near the roof line will give better ventilation without causing drafts on the chickens. I see you have one vent in the high part of the end wall. Could you cut another on the other end? Also, do you leave your drop down window open at night? If not, then that would help. Of course that would be too drafty in winter to leave that side window open.
Where the wall go up to meet the roofline, is all open. The walls do not touch the roof so there is about an inch or two the whole eight foot length on both sides that is open. There is not much room over the people door to put another vent and I have been leaving the side windows open but I won't when it gets cold. It has only got condensation on the reflectix insulation one time and I did have all of the windows shut except for the vent on the back wall.
I don't know about not having enough ventilation because we have two metal carports that are open in the front and back and one is open on the side that faces the house and the underside of the metal roof gets condensation on it. Plus at the peak of the roofs it is about 15' tall so there is plenty of air circulating under it. I guess I will see what happens and decide what to do from there. Thanks.
