Here we go again French Marans hatching eggs arriving Saturday

When they are candled from the air cell down everything looks way to liquid like for a 21 day old chick

And they are still incubator

Did eggtopsy on the one egg I knew was done. Yeah died days ago embryo about size of a dime and now that I think about it I've never used this particular incubator to incubate eggs I have used it as a brooder after the eggs have hatched and I was cleaning out the incubator they were in

No unfortunately letting on go long because whole bottom half egg shadowed but can't see any movement. Suspect is dead thought.

Will have to get chicks to make flock

Did eggectomy the shadowed are caused by enlarged thickened yolk egg died awhile ago. Couldn't see anything resembling embryo so lone survivor
