Not sure how to tell the sex of my sillies. These 2 are about 2 weeks old. Looking scruffy to me! Lol!

It's too early to tell gender yet. Silkies are really hard to sex, and in some cases you never can tell until it crows or lays an egg! Some signs to look for include streamers coming off the back of the crest and a swept back crest shape. These are signs of a male. Females tend to have a more rounded crest.

Thanks pyxis. Some of them look like they have that "stern" look, while others are "softer" looking to me. If that turns out to be the case then I am "in trouble"! Oh boy! Lol!
