strange i’ve never seen a lump like that on a duck. it kinda looks like a tick all swelled up with blood ( like i’ve seen on a dog)

solid but hasnt grown any bigger and has scab and bleeds when we take scab off. blister?

It could be tumor. Those usually have a good blood supply. Is vet care an option? They might be able to remove it.
