Great job I did barter for his plans and was worth what I paid. You need to add some vent holes in the top of the roost box 2" hole saw 2 of them is enough I just covered them with screen help to dry out the poop plus here in winter i close them in when its in the teens at night. Just my 2 cents but you did a great job you will enough the easy clean up

Thanks, Nick! I will definitely be adding some holes on the top with some hardware netting to keep any preditors out. At the moment, I leave the front flap open all day so the chickens can roost, and it doesn't get below 30 degrees around where I live. Still waiting for the 2" drill tips to go on sale...
