Are they Loud? Do they wake you up in the AM? LOL my female hen is loud but not as loud as a rooster so am trying to decide if ducks might be fun too - and if we can have a male in town.

No they are the opposite. The male ducks are quiet. It's the females that are loud and the male ducks don't quack in the morning like roosters either.
I have two males and find them very quiet. They just make a little bleating sound kinda. The females on the other hand wake me up every morning outside my bedroom window.......
