Hello!
I am currently selling blue slate and royal palm mix of fertile eggs. They’re really lovely birds! I raise them simply as pets. I would prefer to sell to someone who wants them for pets or breeding purposes.

Prices for the eggs are $5 per egg plus shipping. I can ship quantities from 1-12 eggs.

The eggs are shipped priority mail so you should recieve them within 2-3 days of shipment. The eggs are fresh, so I may need time so that they can all be freshly laid for you!
I have done swaps before but I have never sold eggs before so this is fairly new to me. In the past when I have done swaps, 100% of the eggs arrived unharmed. So I do continue to do my best with packing them safety!

Please feel free to ask me any questions!

Beautiful birds. How long do they take to grow out? Is this about the right time to hatch some for Thanksgiving?

My understanding is that Heritage breeds grow out much slower. The "meat" type (broad breasted) breeds of turkey grow out pretty quickly, so 6 months would be alright for them, but I think you would need more than 6 months for the Heritage breeds. If I'm wrong, someone can correct me.

You’re 100% correct! They take quite a bit longer than broad breasted to grow out. So yes longer than 6 months. To be honest, I’m not sure the exact age though.

We have never butchered or processed any of ours.

Thanks. I'm going to start a separate thread with a few additional questions. Almost all of the major hatcheries list Broad Breasted varieties as being grown out in 16-20 week. Hard to find info on the heritage types.
