hermit crabs and baby chicks

can i have my hermit crabs in the same room as my baby chicks?? at night the hermit crabs make a lot of noise and hit the glass tank nd idk if this will disturb them

I don't think it will be a problem. I've been brooding indoor chicks who have had to listen to a cat that yowls at night and two dogs that are plenty noisy and rarely sleep through the night. I think the chicks will adjust to what they will hear as "normal" sounds and be fine.

BTW, I used to keep hermit crabs; I think they're great.
