Can you post a pic of what you are seeing, or at least describe it in detail and maybe someone can point you in the right direction. Is it possible for a hatchling to have a hernia? How can aI tell & is there anything I can do?
Videos have to be Vimeo or YouTube, I don't think there's any other way. Do you have the desk top version of byc on your device?I've been trying to download pics or a video but having problems doing it from my device. I'll keep trying.
It looks to me there's a little left over "cord" and the "navel" isn't closed up yet. Generally it's not a big deal as long as it doesn't get infected. If you have any bacitracin or antibiotic ointment (without pain reliever) you can put a little on the open "navel" and as long as he is healthy in every other way he should be ok.I got them to load to my profile on here but cant embed them. It says they are there but not. There are 3 pics in my default folder of this newest chick. I'll have to use desktop tomorrow.
Oh. Sorry to hear that.Well, he was doing great I thought, but he passed away just a lil bit ago.Poor guy.
