Hey Debi- I altered your recipe

Well, after reading the thread giving our fellow member recipe ideas for her
new extended family. I couldnt stop thinking about those pizza cups! LOL I'm
back to cooking for one right now since my BF is on the other side of
the country for a while. So after talking myself out of making them
just for myself, yesterday I bought the biscuits since I had
some leftover spaghetti sauce. So I start making them tonight, and decide
to just make a couple..... in case I didnt like them. Well that didnt happen,
they were very tasty! Thanks!


So my altering came later.. I was craving something sweet so I see the
leftover biscuits and decided to stuff them with something else. I took
some chocolate chips and coconut ( I'm a coconut fiend) used that as the
stuffing and cooked a couple up.. also stuffed two with apples, a little pat
of butter and some cinnamon sugar. WHOOOHOOO I just ate a chocolate
one... and it is really good! I'll try an apple one tomorrow with my coffee.

Have you ever stuffed them with something else? Anyway, thanks for the
new addiction... now I'm thinking of what else I can stuff them with LOL

I have stuffed them with many other things, the most popular being, ground beef with bbq sauce and brown sugar with cheese on top.

I have also stuffed them with spaghetti and sauce with meat

Bell peppers with marinara and ground beef with sage and rosemary.

Never even THOUGH about sweet stuff!!! Thanks!!!

I gotta try that too. I can spaghetti sauce so it is always on hand. The hambuger with bbq sauce sounds great too! I make my own bisquits so that oughta be even better. Thanks for another recipe and dinner menu!

The apple one was good too!

I might get the smaller biscuits next time I make the dessert ones so they arent so big.


Gonna have to try the bbq ones next. I'm thinking of making them next time I do pulled pork ... that would be a great stuffing for them!

I was going to make cheeseburger ones (ground beef and cheese), but DH was making faces, so I talked about the pizza cups... and he asked for my normal homemade pizza instead. Guess I'll try making some of your yummy cups next week when he's on afternoon shift!
