check at your big box building store, lowes/home depot and ask where their discount bin is. They will put any warped, cracked materials in a certain area. Our local home depot paints one end purple, and if it's purple, it's 70% off! I bought enough 16' 2x4's to completely frame out my coop walls and roof for $51. Even if they don't have any at that discount, odds are they have something at a discount.
