I assume you mean outside in a coop at night or so they can get into one.

A little light or heat would not hurt, but at seven weeks they would be fine if they were acclimated.

The PP heater would be fine.
You could also give them a huddle box. I'd move them out immediately.

I had 2 week old chicks out in the coop with a brooder plate. I went out on a morning when it was 23F and they were zipping all over in the brooder. Yours are fully feathered. Trust me. Give them a draft free spot and a cozy huddle box and they'll be just fine
