Hi and

from a fellow Okie!

I think Water Wiggler is the name of a toy, but lots of people use them in their incubators to find out what the temp inside the eggs is. Here's what I found on another post: "You put your thermometer probe inside of one, place it in your incubator at the same level of your eggs, and adjust your thermostat until the temp is 99.5 inside the water wiggler. Since it is impossible to know the temp of the inside of an egg without breaking the shell, the water wiggler is the next best thing."

Hi huntermett! I have a good friend that lives in Pryor and her Mom lives in Claremore (I think she still does

Cityclucks is right about the water wiggler thing. It's like a goofy little toy one can get at Wal-Mart or a dollar store. Maybe someone on here can find you a picture of one somewhere online.

thanks everyone for the info i have been buying chicks at the local farm and ranch store and am tired of losing my chicks due to a hatchery that sends them everything because they buy in bulk. so the best thing is to buy quality eggs and hatch my own that way if i lose some its my fault and not poor quality hatchery chicks .
