Hatching

So long story short the person I was going to get chicks from her eggs died so now I’m going to try a last ditch effort of hatching my own.
I spoke with a seller on eBay who gave me a list of incubators one was the gqf 3270 and well I bought one.
I wanted to use my NR 360 but they told me no it wouldn’t work as humidity fluctuates too much on that one.
And for those saying to get a cabinet I am a part time worker I could get one buuuuut it would take a long time to, and I never want to hatch on that big a scale all the money I make goes towards my pets and I’d been looking to add emus to that list.
Wanted to ask the people of BYC if this incubator was a good choice or not, seen some YouTube people use it including one I follow called fat hen farms.
Any tips are appreciated with this incubator for emus, and if I just wasted my $ also let me know as that’s not good either.
I purchased three eggs from a seller on eBay called islahydra, so if anyone has hatched eggs from them let me know.. I was very skeptical given some of their other reviews on other types of eggs said they didn’t have a good hatch but the seller told me it was their fault for incubating incorrectly they also won’t guarantee fertility on these emu eggs which kinda made no sense to me.. aren’t all emu eggs fertile anyways? Heard something about them only laying when mating is involved.
Really really hoping for some chicks the person said they had 85% hatch rate last year and thus were selling them to people this year..
Again this is my LAST effort to getting some emus as everywhere around where I am has either sold out, is too far, or is selling older ones..
I am in tx so tips on humidity and temp are appreciated
EDIT: also just bought a incutherm plus from incubator warehouse after seeing the reviews it had, supposed to be a hudrometer and thermometer in one
really crossing my fingers I end up with at least one chick from these eggs..
