Hello all! I've set back and read post for years, and finally jumped in (not tons of free time!). I've had chickens since I was a kid and enjoy them. Now my kids are getting the same experience and are very active in 4H and raise multiple "critters" including chickens. My daughters favorite is her Japanese Bantam hen who has more personality than some dogs I've known!

Rural Yamhill County (about a half hour southwest of Portland). We are in the middle of "Whine Country"....

We've been up your way one time (before the passport requirement!). Beautiful area and we would like to go back up there again!
