Ended up at my primary care doctor and the ER yesterday. My BP and pulse were way up and I was wicked anxious. I went to the doctor and finally gave into a beta blocker she had wanted me to try for anxiety. Found out my blood sugar is 90 even having eaten sweets an hour before. Also ended up having an allergic reaction the stupid beta blocker and went to the ER last night unable to breathe because my airways closed up and my tongue swelled up. Lots of fun. I am off to get blood work done. The doctor is suspecting low blood sugar might be my issue. Its always been border line but apparently me trying to eat all natural might have pushed things over the edge a bit.

So woozy my husband is now my driver until my head gets back on straight. A bit of prayer for all this to go away would be much appreciated. A bit hard to get excited about losing weight on my new natural foods when I cannot stay upright. bah

Prayers send. Hope you feel better soon!

Ok I am in tears. My doctor who I really did like and finally felt I had someone who was paying attention has slowly cut back her hours till she is in the office maybe 6 hours a week. So after talking to them today and them not wanting to see me after all this I thought maybe its time for a new doctor. So 3 out of the 4 docs I called are actually closing their offices and the 4th is down to 3 days a week with no emergency contact. I feel like crap still and my doctors office sees no reason for me to come in despite the low blood sugar. I have no clue whats going on. I feel like I have the anxiety back under control but the blood sugar thing is freaking me out. I ended up giving up my new sugar free diet, apparently cutting all the sugar, pasta and bread out of my diet was a bad plan. So for now I am on my own till I can find a DR who is taking new patients and staying in business.

Arghhh! That's the pits. I will be sending prayers your way and I hope you get the doctor thing worked out. The stories are already out there. Please keep us informed on your progress.

Prayers and speedy healings. I hope you are able to find a decent doctor AND find ways to treat/cure your health issues on your own when possile.

If you can get blood testing done without a doctor that will help you a lot in telling you what possible issues you might have.Ofcourse understanding those tests is a PITA,but once you got it down it helps.Just hard when you go to a doctor with a dx or whatever, because they sure hate people who dx and treat themselves! I always have to dumb down when I visit the doctor or they get an attitude.

I had no idea that doctors were hard to come by these days.Guess we better stay with our medio one.

Make the appoinment with the 6 hour doctor, and go there if you find no one up until that point.Dh's doctor canceled on him 2 times and I was ready to find a new one if he did it a third.

Again speedy healings.

I found a doctor! Called several more today. 2 were no longer accepting patients and 1 more is retiring. But on the 4th call they said they were accepting patients. AND he can see me Monday since I am having difficulties right now. I started crying which is pathetic but I spent most of the day yesterday sick or calling doctors. I could not walk up the stairs last night. My mom forced a coke on me and maybe 30 minutes later I felt a ton better. Not sure why this is dipping like this. I am officially off the diet for now. It was nice losing for once but its not worth dealing with all this. I am praying this was just a sudden little issue that will quickly go away. So thankful for answered prayers.

I just want to say my husband is a saint. He is so calm and encouraging when I am frantic. So upside on this new doctor, if he works out for us we have the added benefit that he is actually affiliated with the hospital I prefer and not just the local one which I refuse to go to. My husband said it was meant to be, an answered prayer. Obviously I am not the calm one in this relationship. I've had borderline low for so many years I figured it would never be an issue. A doctor has never said it was an issue. I have had the low sugar as long as I have had the anxiety. Sorta wondering if they are connected. Adding that question for the new doctor. Thank you so much for the prayers guys.
