I’ll keep you posted. We were blessed to get 50 free eggs that were fertilized by a guy who did a tattoo for my wife. He’s been guiding us along. We have 8 adults now and 7 more which are about a week old. Want to keep a breeding stock of around 25-30 birds and use the rest for some food and eggs after that. We have 8 laying hens and 4 turkeys also. Not a big flock but enough for our needs at the moment.

Sounds great! Also let me know how the processing is compared to chickens (the only thing I have ever processed.)
