I am thinking of raising some turkeys this year, what do you guys raise in Sunshine State? Or perhaps beeter put it this way: do are all turkey breeds take well our wonderful hot weather?

Have your (turkey) hens started laying lately?

Most any Heritage variety should do well in Florida.

This is true. I can't think of any breed of turkey that does not do well here.

I'm doing White Midgets myself and will pick up Standard Bronze this year.
