so... first post of mine! this site is AMAZING and ive been addicted to it ever since i found it a couplce of days ago. I love everyones pictures they put on!
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
-very new lol although ive wanted them for ever, i just got a very unsuspected yes from negative father on new years eve (oddly right after we saw 'Yes Man')! Our chicks will be arriving the weekend of april 13... i just cant wait that long
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
-none
(3) What breeds do you have?
-i WILL be getting buff orps, black australorps, speckled sussex, silver laced wyandottes, and partridge cochin bantams
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
-while i was doing my insanely obsessive researching about chicks lol
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
-4H, showing/breeding rabbits, reading, band...
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
-i live with parentals, brother, and sister. I have the cutest dog (in my eyes) and 6 rabbits. oh and a frog that was abducted from its outside home by my sister
