Welcome to BYC, Halee! I would definitely separate them into a bachelor's pen. You could alternate them when free-ranging. Eventually you'll be able to tell what rooster the hens prefer. Just don't separate them for more than a few hours or they will fight when you put the free ranger back in the pen.
